Do you add sugar or preservatives to your products?
No. Our juices are 100% pure fruit or vegetable juice. We never add sugar, preservatives, or artificial ingredients to any of our organic products.
How should I store my juice after opening?
Once opened, our juices must be kept refrigerated. For maximum freshness and flavor, we recommend consuming the juice within 2 weeks of opening.
What is your shipping policy for glass bottles?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to protect glass during transit. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via standard ground carriers.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your glass bottles arrive broken, please take a photo of the damage and contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
