Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we provide replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Examine your glass bottles immediately upon arrival to ensure all items are present and free from transit damage.

  Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label to help us process your claim with the carrier.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your shipment to initiate a refund or replacement.

  Recycle or Dispose

  Once your claim is approved, you do not need to return the liquid; please recycle the glass bottles in accordance with local guidelines.
